McGill University, Montreal

Mcgill is situated in the people’s Republic of Qeubec in the heart of Canada’s sexiest city in Montreal.  Surprisingly, this is the only university in the Canada that international student know more about. Memorial University, St. John’s

This might sound so funny to you for including 8 years old University on the list ahead of the ground old stone dames of Ontario.  As a result of very low tuition fees, Memorial is the cheapest place to study in English Canada for international students, and the cheapest in Canada for those who don't qualify for any of the fee exemptions in Quebec. The major courses of this great institution are naval architecture, maritime engineering, and the humanities which include one of the only graduate programs in folklore on the continent. Memorial University welcomes you to the local culture of the Canadian. Graduate international tuition and fees: $5,718 and Undergraduate international tuition and fees: $8,800.

Alberta University, Edmonton

This is a large intensive research institute, this university is not a conducive school to study as an undergraduate just because is very expensive. As well is a competitive priced place to study as graduate students. This university is located in a large city with every amenities in place, it is also one of the coldest place in Canadian institutions.

Queen’s University, Kingston

Queen's is like the University of Toronto for those who want the brand delusion without the full price tag. It is halfway between Toronto and Montreal, Kingston is not very big or diverse, but it is a hell of a lot cheaper than the big cities to the every conner of the country. That proximity is great if you want a quick getaway, and the isolation works if you want to stay immersed in your studies. The cheapest of Ontario's northern ivy league, Queen's has great engineering, law, medicine, political studies and geography schools in a bucolic lakeside setting. Beware, don’t be carry away with the American style school spirit. 

University De Montreal

The tuition fees of this school are relatively bearable, outside France is the largest french-speaking university globally. Most importantly, all citizens of France and a changing list of other francophone countries qualify for Quebec-resident tuition rates, which are the lowest in the country at about $1500 a year. As a result of the low tuition fees, number of students applying for program in the school keeps increasing yearly. If you speak French and you can qualify for any of their program, Universite De Montreal is the right choice.

University of British Columbia, Vancouver

You might want to consider the least coast if you are planning to get an undergraduate degree in Canada, but if you are looking for a PhD in Marine Biology or an MFA in Creative Writing, the big school out in the far west end of Vancouver is your right and best choice you can make. The best university in one of the world's great cities, UBC offers international graduate students a rate barely higher than its domestic fees. The climate, proximity to jaw-dropping natural beauty, and diversity of the city and university's population make it an excellent first choice for international graduates.

York University, Toronto

The University of York offers the Global Leader of Tomorrow Scholarships, United World College Scholarships and International Entrance Scholarships for international students who would like to take a full time under graduate degree at University of York. Admitted international students can apply to full scholarships worth $60,000 – $100,000 for a four-year degree program.

Dalhousie University, Hlifax

The biggest university in the east of Montreal, Dalhousie, the second most affordable university to get a Bachelor's degree outside of Quebec, and it is located in the immigrant friendly, seafood-rich port city of Halifax. Dalhousie University, Hlifax is best known for its law and journalism programs, and for the whimsically retrograde foundation year at its liberal arts enclave, King's College.

Saskatchewan University, Saskatoon

The University of Saskatchewan is a large research university with a solid reputation, especially in history and agriculture with shockingly low graduate tuition costs. With the cheapest grade tuition west of Quebec, the Paris of the Prairies might be your best bet if you like your winters crisp and your skies enormous. 

Conestoga College International Student Scholarships

The International Student Entrance Scholarships are designed for foreign students applying to a full time diploma or degree program and meeting the academic requirements for the program of study. This Scholarship is open to students who will begin their studies in a post-secondary program in September each year. A total of three scholarships will be awarded over two consecutive semesters and the value of each scholarship is $3,000 cdn. The scholarship has no cash value and will be used toward payment of the winning candidates’ outstanding tuition.

Toronto University

If you are the kind of international student who feels at home in a self consciously elite institution, or if you are just the kind of student who would prefer a world class education at a beautiful downtown campus in a megalopolis, U of T is the natural if somewhat dull choice. Or maybe you just think you get what you pay for: this is the most expensive school in the country in the most expensive city in the country, after all. Maybe it's worth it?
